Rochelle Parker is the Executive Director at Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA). She ensures CAPA’s fiscal, operations, fundraising, marketing, human resources, and technology strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization. Since joining CAPA in 2014, she has led the growth of revenue and in-kind specialized services from approx. $800,000 to $2,500,000 in 2020. In 2019, they were named Non-Profit of the Year by the Independence Economic Development Council.
